In 2003, AKN & Associates was established by its Principal, Thi Thanh Mai Pham. Mai exercised her legal nouse like a lance in the areas of criminal, property and civil law. As is the way with all things good, the firm grew with its successes and reputation. Gradually, more clients, lawyers, barristers and clerks became associated with AKN.

Mai Pham
Principal Solicitor
One of criminal law’s foremost female lawyers, Mai Pham has been practising law for over 27 years. Mai is a graduate from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce. Mai was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 1999.
Mai’s passion and expertise for criminal, family law is evident in the extraordinary outcomes she achieves for her clients. Her compassion and empathy for her clients’ personal circumstances are partnered with her inimitable memory for facts and law. She is our strategy queen.

Mai is also an extremely competent gardener which is apparent upon entering the AKN & Associates office. In her spare time, she enjoys meditation.
